System requirements
CEAVEO runs entirely in the browser — no installation, no special hardware. All you need is a current browser and a stable internet connection.
The two most recent versions of each.
We test CEAVEO against the two most recent versions of each of these browsers. Internet Explorer and outdated browser versions are not supported. A current browser is also the best protection — that is where security gaps are closed fastest.
Four things, nothing more.
Do I have to install anything? No. CEAVEO runs in the browser.
Why can I not sign in? Usually because cookies or JavaScript are disabled. Both are needed for sign-in and two-factor protection.
Does it work on a tablet? Yes — with a current Safari (iPadOS) or Chrome. It is more comfortable from 1280 px width upwards.
Which browser is the most secure? Whichever is the most current. Keep it up to date.
