CEAVEO builds AI-powered cloud software for small and mid-sized businesses. Five products — LEGALinhouse, RECEPTIONinhouse, PUBLISHinhouse, VOICEinhouse and ACADEMYinhouse — run on a shared platform: SERVICESinhouse. One login, one infrastructure, one bill. Hosting and data processing are exclusively in the EU, GDPR-compliant by design.
Our guiding thought is simple: "CEAVEO is the sling in David's hand — we give SMEs the tools that only Goliath used to have." Equal terms for the mid-market.
The expertise behind the platform
Gerrit Quast, Managing Director and founder of CEAVEO, has worked in business informatics since 1996 — as a consultant, software architect and programmer, and since 1998 with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV, today Business Central. He is responsible for the development of the SERVICESinhouse platform, drawing on three decades of experience from ERP projects across the German Mittelstand — from medical and aerospace technology through shipping and publishing to manufacturing and social institutions.
The domain depth of the modules is his own: behind LEGALinhouse stand several semesters of law at the FernUniversität in Hagen as well as international law certificates, among others from Harvard University and Queen Mary University of London. Behind PRIVACYinhouse stand the IHK qualification as a data protection officer and practical seminars of the ULD Schleswig-Holstein on data protection management, audits and data protection impact assessments. Certifications in IT security and digital forensics (including EC-Council) feed directly into the platform's security architecture.
This combination of software development, law, data protection and security in a single person is rare — SERVICESinhouse does not simulate expertise, it embodies it.

CEAVEO UG and CEAVEO Inc. are legally independent sister companies with clearly delineated territories. There is no parent-subsidiary relationship between them. Until market entry outside the EEA, CEAVEO UG is the sole entity engaging in customer communication and contractual relationships; customer data of EU tenants is processed exclusively within the EU (Frankfurt am Main).
