Data protection is a design principle at CEAVEO, not an afterthought. All customer data is processed and stored exclusively in Germany.
Before any AI processing, personal data goes through automatic pseudonymisation — transparent and auditable. A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded with every customer.
Every AI output in CEAVEO products is a draft. No AI-generated content is presented as final work or passed on without human review.
Humans stay in the decision chain. AI supports, but does not decide. This is not a technical limitation — it is a deliberate design choice.
CEAVEO is a tool provider. We do not offer legal advice or legal services under the German Legal Services Act (RDG).
The user acts on their own responsibility in their own matter pursuant to § 2 para. 1 RDG. Our software provides tools — the legal assessment is up to the user.
All customer data stays in the EU. Tenant separation is enforced at the database level — the strictest form of isolation. Each customer gets their own database.
A full data export is available at any time. No US company has access to customer data. On account closure, proper anonymisation takes place with a complete audit trail.
CEAVEO pursues full compliance with the EU AI Act. That means transparent AI labelling on every output, documented risk classification and auditable decision processes.
Every AI use is logged. Users can see at any time when and how AI was applied.
Transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Monthly subscription with usage-based billing via CT (CEAVEO Token). Discounts for heavy usage through a two-stage CT discount system.
