CEAVEO is the corporate site of **CEAVEO UG (haftungsbeschränkt)**, headquartered in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The company builds and operates the SERVICESinhouse platform — a single login, single infrastructure, single bill suite of five AI-assisted products for SMEs: LEGALinhouse (legal management), PUBLISHinhouse (document publishing), RECEPTIONinhouse (intelligent email management), VOICEinhouse (marketing), and ACADEMYinhouse (corporate training & compliance proof).

CEAVEO UG is the sole operating company. **CEAVEO Inc.** (Florida, USA) is an independent partner for future US distribution — not a parent, not a subsidiary. The two entities are legally separate.
