November 2026: we launch with LEGALinhouse and PRIVACYinhouse

The market launch stays in November 2026 — and it gets sharper. On launch day we open regular sign-up for CEAVEO® LEGALinhouse and the data-protection extension CEAVEO® PRIVACYinhouse. These are the two products that have been in daily production use in the closed beta since March, and the two for which we can commit to full support from day one.

PUBLISHinhouse and RECEPTIONinhouse do not go on open sale. They are currently available to partners only. The reason is not that they are half-finished but something we have learned: these products only pay off once somebody sets them up and runs them — mailboxes and rules, sources and templates, trained people, and somebody reachable for the first question. An editorial system nobody has set up is an empty editorial system. That is exactly the work our partners do every day — so we are opening these two to them first.

ACADEMYinhouse takes a different route: it will become an extension of LEGALinhouse — like PRIVACYinhouse, on the same basis and with the same accounts. Training belongs where the rules being trained are written. We will name a date once we have one.

We are building our partner programme right now. There is no dedicated sign-up page for it yet; we look after partners personally. You support companies with IT, data protection or organisation and would like to join: become a partner →. VOICEinhouse comes out of the launch date. The core — brand voice, ad copy, SEO, campaign planning — is there. The connection to the advertising and social platforms is not. We are deliberately naming no date for it until it is finished.

Why this way: we are a small team. Putting five products on open sale at once would mean supporting five products by halves at once. A company that rests its legal department on us may expect more than that.

It's decided: all CEAVEO products will launch together in November 2026 — LEGALinhouse (with the PRIVACYinhouse extension), PUBLISHinhouse, RECEPTIONinhouse, VOICEinhouse and ACADEMYinhouse. Originally we planned to release LEGALinhouse first in August and roll out the other products gradually. The products are already finished and in beta use — yet we want to test everything thoroughly rather than make a half-ready start. CEAVEO is a small team, and October is travel season, during which full support cannot be guaranteed. So we launch together in November. LEGALinhouse now manages your trademarks and domains as first-class industrial-property rights — register data, ownership and documents in one place. Renewal deadlines run automatically (trademark: 10 years, domain: annual), and a mark can be cleared before filing via a linked research case. New is the trademark watch: it checks the official registers for new, colliding third-party filings — EUIPO (EU) is live, DPMA (Germany) follows — and drops hits as leads into a review inbox; your legal department decides and opens an opposition case in one click.
