Assistants

The assistants behind CEAVEO

You ask Schmidt — behind the scenes, specialised assistants do the work. Instead of a general chat AI, they draw on verified expert knowledge and back every statement with a real source. CEAVEO runs two families of assistants: Legal assistants for legal work and Psychology assistants for communication.

What a CEAVEO assistant is

A specialist with verified expertise — not a jack-of-all-trades that invents a source when in doubt.

A general chat AI answers every question from the same general knowledge. For everyday work in a company that is not enough — and risky, because errors and invented sources hide in the model's memory. CEAVEO therefore does not work with one AI, but with many specialised assistants, all connected to the same central knowledge system that holds the verified content and the tools an assistant uses to look things up, review and prepare a draft.

Technically this system is an MCP server (after the open "Model Context Protocol" standard). What matters is not the name but the effect: every factual statement passes through this system and is written against the verified source instead of recalled from memory.

Two families of assistants

Same architecture, two fields of knowledge — one product-specific, one cross-product.

⚖️

Legal assistants

LEGALinhouse only. Specialists for every area of law that back each answer with real statutes and court rulings, grounded in a knowledge graph of German law and case law. See the detail page ›

🧠

Psychology assistants

For all communication products (VOICEinhouse, PUBLISHinhouse, RECEPTIONinhouse). Specialists in applied communication psychology that ground copy and check it against a rulebook for fairness — applied communication psychology, not clinical care.

Psychology assistants

The cross-product expert system for communication — psychologically grounded and fairly checked.

Good public communication is more than a nice sentence: which message works for which audience, why it works, and where the line to manipulation runs is the subject of communication psychology. The psychology assistants bring this knowledge into CEAVEO's communication products — working behind the scenes when VOICEinhouse writes an ad, PUBLISHinhouse distributes a post, or RECEPTIONinhouse drafts a reply.

What they do:

🎯

Ground

Suggest the psychological principles that fit an audience and goal — each with an honest note on how well the effect is evidenced. No gut feeling, no pseudoscience.

🛡️

Check fairly

Hold a draft against the rulebook and flag manipulation, dark patterns or the exploitation of vulnerable groups — an advisory ethics check, not a blocker.

The boundary: the psychology assistants do applied communication psychology — they advise on messages and audiences. They provide no clinical care and no psychological help, counselling or therapy to individuals. Where a question becomes legal (e.g. advertising or data-protection law), they defer to the legal department. Every result remains a draft for a human to review.

What every assistant shares

📚

Cited, not guessed

Every statement traces back to a real entry in the expert system and is shown with its source — verifiable instead of invented.

📝

A draft for review

Even a well-sourced AI answer can contain errors. Every result is a draft a human reviews and takes responsibility for — nothing is sent autonomously.

🔄

Always current

When a source changes, the answer changes with it — no frozen knowledge cut-off from model training.

🔒

Only what you may see

The expert system serves each user only the content they are authorised for — the same access rules as the rest of the platform.

Expertise that carries every answer.

The assistants are the reason CEAVEO can cite sources instead of guessing. See how you work with Schmidt — or talk to us about using the expert system in your own software.
